Florence Lenhard Date: 03/07/09 Review: Shimona's lecture was the best! Shimona manages to weave Torah and Kabbalistic insights into timely psychology making all relevant to our lives if only we look inside. The irony for me is that I recently started reinventing my self as I enter the latter years of my 6th decade. Shimona never talks down but encourages all to reach up to the concepts and connects she offers us. She encourages self exploration and insightful thinking and gives us the intellectural and spiritual material with which to work ourselves out from our 'place of feeling stuck.' For all of this and her wonderful encouragement to her students I am greatful.

Sue Rieber Date: 03/06/09 Review: I had gotten a group of women to watch it with me, and at the end I told them the class was specific to what I am personally working on. I am always in awe at the hasgacha of how what we need is right in front of us if we open our eyes. Shimona Tzukernik

Shimona Tzukernik is an international lecturer and the founder and director of OMEK, a center devoted to in-depth transformational learning for women. She is also a course-writer for the Jewish Learning Institute, a freelance writer, and the editor of the monthly OMEK Ezine.

Shimona always makes learning a profoundly personal and stimulating experience. She manages to present a vast amount of material in an entertaining and engaging style that leaves you not only hanging onto every word but wanting to retain each one as well. Her topics are deep and relevant, culled from the teachings of Torah and integrated with parallels in current trends in psychology and contemporary culture. Shimona isn't afraid to incorporate her own life experiences and struggles for authenticity and transcendence into her work. In doing so she pulls all of us along with her. "Her latest project is W.H.A.M.! - a workshop exploring the relationship between Work, Happiness and Meaning; geared to both lay audiences and corporate clients.
