Rabbi Shachne Sommers is the Rosh Kollel/Dean of the Denver Community Kollel.
Before joining Rabbi Aron Yehuda Schwab to found the Denver Community Kollel, Rabbi Sommers spent four years studying and teaching as a community scholar at the Kollel of Greater Boston. He studied at the Brisk Yeshiva in Jerusalem, and at Beth Medrash Govoha in Lakewood, NJ, for six years. He was ordained as a rabbi by Rabbi Reuven Feinstein of the Yeshiva of Staten Island.
Rabbi Sommers directs the Kollel’s internal doctoral-level studies and teaches in the community.
